Dr. Li Chenwei (Canada) received his doctorate from Marshall University School of Medicine in 2002. After completing postdoctoral training in the Department of Physiology of the University of Michigan in 2004, he joined the Department of Surgery of the University of Michigan and began research on pancreatic tumor initiating cells. He founded OncostemcellCorp in California in 2009 and returned to China to start a business in 2010. He also joined Chinese and foreign scientists to establish Shanghai Zhongyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Fudan Science and Technology Park.
