The fluorescent labeled single cell (or particle) suspension into the suction tube, and then with the sheath liquid into the flow chamber. Fluorescently labeled cells or particles emit scattered light and fluorescent emission waves under laser excitation. The scattered light and emitted light are acquired by a detector, and then processed by a series of filters and gratings to remove interference and input the light signal into a computer after photoelectric conversion and amplification, and analyzed and processed by software. Cell sorting, on the other hand, is to load the fluorescent labeled target molecules with positive or negative charges respectively, and when they are deflected by the action of the applied high voltage electric field in the process of dropping with the droplets, they fall into the receiving container, so as to obtain the target cell population.
